1 Year Anniversary + Cinco de Mayo Party

Chilango marks its first birthday—and Cinco de Mayo (eve)—on Sunday, May 4 from 11 AM to 3 PM with a Brunch BBQ Fiesta crafted by James Beard finalist Chef Jorge Guzman. The patio smoker will turn out brisket, cochinita-pibil spare ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and wings, alongside smoke-driven tamales, tortas, chimichangas, and Vaquero frites. The regular à-la-carte menu will be available, too, featuring guest favorites and a few one-day-only surprises.

Behind the bar, expect festive agave-spirit specials—from mezcal “sombrero” shooters and a Raicilla/Bacanora/Sotol surprise shot to a Spicy Hielo AvoRita slushie and the playful “Bebe y Luego Desnúdate” pineapple-lime refresher.

Latin-inspired beats by DJs Fulfill, Zella, and Morgs will keep the vibe high, with a live set from Mariachi America at noon. The celebration spreads through the dining room and onto the patio, weather permitting.
